在全世界的滑板中，中国依旧像是在自己的膨胀期，和其他国家以不同速度在发展和进步。当像巴西、俄罗斯、日本这些国家的滑手发布一些非常令人震惊的个人片段，或是很疯狂的旅行片段，还是令人惊奇的比赛表现，而中国的滑手却处在滑板技术落后的境地，这不是贬低中国的滑板发展，缺乏创造力和自信这也是我们今天所处在这个位置的一部分原因。这次我们介绍三滑的滑手—-马伦，并且带着他的个人视频来了。他们向我们介绍了马伦的个性，并且告诉我们，就算他不在滑板，他也会做一些DIY的滑板道具或是会去钓鱼，他就是一个喜欢自己亲手DIY的人，而且你能在他滑板和做招的地方看到这些。非常高兴能够看到桂林的滑板环境能够产生出像马伦一样的有创新力的滑手，希望大家能喜欢这个片段，继续支持当地滑板！

Admist all the skateboarding in the world, China still feels like it’s own bubble, progressing and developing at a different pace than all the other countries. While countries like Brazil, Russia and Japan have skaters coming out with insane video parts, crazy tour videos and amazing competition runs, China’s still practicing flatground. This is not to downplay China’s skateboarding development though, for there a number of reasons why we are where we are today. But it is no lie that we seldom are blessed with a video part from a Chinese skater that has as much creativity as the video part shown today. San Skateboarding approached us again with a video part from one of their riders in Guilin, called Ma Lun. They briefed us a bit on Ma Lun’s personality, and told us that when he’s not skateboarding, he’s building together DIY ramps and skate obstacles and going fishing. This is a guy who likes to get DIY down with his hands, and you can see it in the spots he skates and the tricks he comes up with. It’s great to see the local Guilin skate scene can produce invigorating skaters like Ma Lun, we hope you guys enjoy the video, and keep supporting your local!
