Nyjah喜欢在自己的大house里办party众人皆知，他周边的邻居怨声载道，这次，这位滑板圈顶端的职业滑手有了大麻烦，被投诉扰民和拘捕，很有可能面临牢狱之灾。
去年5月份，他把摩托车开到别人家，从2013年开始 20多个邻居经常给警察打电话投诉他的扰民，之后就被告上了法庭，并且不承认饶民和拒捕，法庭最后宣判了他3年缓刑和200小时的社区服务，他缓刑其中的一个条件是，晚上8点到早上8点不允许办party这次，如果再被举报，Nyjah将会被正式抓捕入狱。

Nyjah Huston was sentenced to three years probation and 200 hours of community service today.

According to  TMZ, Nyjah appeared in court to face a mountain of charges, including disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, public nuisance, and trespassing. Nyjah was charged with the latter last May, when he allegedly rode a motorcycle on private property. Police have also responded to more than 20 calls from neighbors complaining about parties at his Orange County, Calif., home since 2013.

Nyjah struck a deal with prosecutors that allowed him to plead no contest to two charges—public nuisance and resisting a peace officer—and have the rest dropped. He was given three years probation and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.

As part of his probation, Nyjah can’t throw parties at his house between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. Violating that order could cause his probation to be revoked and land him in jail.
